You lost me at "When you are hiring freelance writers, you want someone who has a good command of the English language; someone with a relevant college degree. Of course, it depends on your particular needs and business, but a diploma in writing, communications, or something related is usually a plus."

I've hired dozens of freelance writers in the last 20 years. A degree is wholly irrelevant. The ONLY thing that matters is their experience and their skill.

That's why we mentioned that this is not a prerequisite. But we noticed that copywriters, which work with us and have a language-related degree, are usually better with various content. They switch more easily from niche to niche.
