It is mid-November, and we are heading into the home stretch of the holiday season. There is the sleepiness of pre-Thanksgiving, and then the full-on rush of post-Thanksgiving shoppers. As you know, this is not the time to plan a strategy for the holidays — holiday planning should really start in August, when things are slower (although more difficult to get in the spirit then!).
