What is the value that you place on a loyal customer? Hopefully you value those that are willing to buy from you again and again. Having a loyal customer base is what every business strives to have. After all, it is easier and more cost effective to resell to a current customer then to acquire a new customer. Even though we need to always be find ways to bring in the new customers we need to have a system in place to keep our current customer happy. We now live in a world were customer expectations are at an all time high. Like the old saying goes “what the customer wants the customer gets.” This saying has taken on new meaning and it is getting harder to come up with unexpected ways of delighting and surprising our loyal customers.
