Only 38% of small businesses polled had a company Website, but one-third of respondents said they would if they had more time and money to spend on it.

I'm wondering how many of those who do have Websites have a blog as opposed to a static rarely updated site that probably isn't doing them much good in terms of online visibility anyway. I think by suggesting WordPress you're at least killing two birds with one stone by sparing small businesses the expense of paying way too much this late in the game for a flashy old school static or nearly static Website that will pretty much just sit there producing very little in the way of value. Sorry. Had to get that off my chest.
