The non-profit privacy organization known as EPIC (Electronic Privacy Information Center) filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Feb. 9, 2012, against the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in a somewhat-roundabout attempt to stop Google from implementing its new privacy policy.
