Life in the e-commerce fast lane is tough.

Great share. I think that this is important to discuss because it is a crucial variable that plays in an online seller's profit. More than studying the statistics, we should look at why people are abandoning their online carts to look for objects offline.

Shoppers know they can price-check and showroom to get the best deals in town (and out of town). Smart retailers — especially local stores — will do well to get on the bandwagon.

Many of them don’t know about SaaS services created for retailers so glad the author pointed that out.

An example of retargeting campaigns are the Google Adsense ads.

Wherever I go around the internet, I find the same retargeted Adsense ads, connected with my recent searches with Google.

This is pretty intrusive.

yes, I guess it is part of the "Dynamic & Targeted Content" strategy.

I think that this should be done in a smart way, without pushing too much in retargeting users with ads all around internet.
