Great post, Gabe. I especially agree with you about testing and tracking. I've learned that this is one of the quickest ways to increase your subscriber and email list without having to increase your traffic. This is definitely one of the most important parts of internet marketing but it's not nearly talked about and taught as much as it should be.

Subscribing to your competitors lists is a great tip as well. I learned this a while back and I still do it today. I've learned so much by watching other marketers funnels and using the information I gather to implement into my own funnel. It's worked wonders for my business. It's also a good idea to study markets outside of your niche to get new ideas to incorporate into your own niche. You may find that things that work well in another niche works just as well or even better in your own.
