Perhaps it's just me and my crazy expectations, but it seems fewer and fewer business owners are sincere enough to 1) get my business in the first place, 2) IF they get my business, I will not be a repeat customer, and 3) get customer referrals from me. Even if your (potential) customers can't see your face, they still get to know you - your personality, your tolerances, the way you respond. Sincerity is not learned, it is a part of who you are.
