Could not agree more with what you wrote. It seems that in the past no one wanted to take most "writers" that seriously or pay them that well. But with the way the Internet is changing, having a professional writer in your organization is a MUST. Great article!

Thanks for chiming in, and you're absolutely right! So many business owners were (and some still are!) convinced that "anyone" can write, so it's simply a matter of finding the cheapest option or trying to do it themselves. Unfortunately, though, readers can spot that lack of finesse a mile away.

One thing i always believe is that there is no skill you cannot get in life once you put your mind on it. Writing can be difficult especially when you're just starting but, you can only improve with time. Its all about practicing it consistently.

If you continue writing then some day, you will also become a professional writer. Thanks for sharing this with the bizsugar community.
