It can be calculated by subtracting the bounces and unsubscribes from total number of subscribers, then divide the whole thing with total number of subscribers.

Great post. When digging into your email marketing metrics, one that you need to zero in on is your subscriber retention rate. Well, it’s a reflection on how well you’re holding on to your customers. In a perfect world, your retention rate would be 100%, where you’d never lose a customer to a bounce and no one ever unsubscribes. Thanks for sharing.
