As Megan's article suggests, it's tough being a "lone wolf" when starting or running a successful company. The thing to remember is that building that support system is the real responsibility of the entrepreneur. It's harder than some might imagine to find and put together a team, especially a team that can and will accomplish the goals you envision. Too many entrepreneurs focus only on the product or service they hope to create. What they should focus on is the team that will help them create it.
