Of course, the bootstrap approach doesn't necessarily mean slow growth, Ken. I don't know the particulars of this specific business so maybe it is unwise to make a comment. However, I would argue that a bootstrapped business could grow quite rapidly, maybe more rapidly than a more funded firm. Why? simply put, a small bootstrapped entrepreneur can be more agile and maneuverable and without needing to check with investors can alter course to take advantages of new opportunities. This could be the key to very rapid growth.
