Miranda, I agree with all the points except Fiverr. For that kind of help I almost think entrepreneurs might be better off finding someone looking for the experience of the job, someone enthusiastic to learn, who can gain from the experience of helping out with whatever project is on the table. Did you ever actually use Fiverr, and if so, did you have a good experience?
