Great Article! I particularly like the part about other peoples' realities. It is hugely important! Many people are inclined to challenge other peoples' reality and interpretation of events. To the other it can be seen, rightfully so, as a challenge, delegitimization and as an act of hostility. You are 100% right that only by understanding, empathizing and listening can we guage what others are experiencing and guage how and when to begin the business process.
