Yea, that's pretty bad. He's lucky you didn't drop his company's service just on principle. What a terrible impression people like that are giving others of their company everyday.

Hey, what is it with the salesmen in your neighborhood, anyway? You really ought to move out to the country; we don't get that stuff here (Of course, you might have to search further for blog topics).
