Nice video with great advice that probably should be second nature to most small business people. I say "should be" because I have to admit, myself included, that sometimes we get so busy talking about what we can offer that we don't stop to think about what the client needs or to really listen.

I quite agree with you. I heard a line some years ago that "all salesman talk too much" and I'm sure there are some that have mastered the 'art of listening' but it is something I'm going to put more focus on with my clients and prospective clients: listening to them.
