Today, I get this email, it's addressed to undisclosed recipients, which is really email-speak for Dear Occupant or Current Resident. Here's the text of

"Undisclosed Recipient"? I'd report that as spam just on the face of it, w/o opening it for fear it contained a virus.
I got an unsolicited catalog from a large Music store - 'turns out they'd assigned me a "$ales Engineer". The very sound of it is mercenary. I talked to him once - he'd been briefed on lots of crummy tactics in their "engineering" training sessions, one of which was to try to distract me (when I asked an "uncomfortable" question) by changing the subject. I got him back on subject. His next ploy was to try to use lots of technical terms -either to dazzle me w/his knowledge, or confuse me (once again, I had to get him back on target).
