I'm a little surprised that I'm writing about 9/11. It's a big departure from my normal ramblings. This morning, I had no intention of writing about it.

Fascinating reflections on your time in the World Trade Center, Dave.

I'm not sure I agree that there's a problem in terms of openness, listening to each other, or tolerance. I feel those are the same as they've always been (except for the 1st few months right after the attack). Trusting that we're secure from attack - that's a different thing. That's been affected in a big way for the near future.
