I can not see the whole artical, but it is true, purchase is hard than selling. Because you want to get a good price to ensure you have profit and need to check the quality, if the products are good, you have to buy it even if the customer service is very bad!!!

As an experienced purchaser I agree with David Brock's post! Instead of hard selling, be ready and give excellent service when I want to buy.
