As one who runs a regional job placement company and provides executive coaching to small business owners your words, based on the research, ring true. Consider including within the mix the assessment of each person's talents to identify their prime motivators, behaviors, and talents. I often find business owners neglect the obvious and wonder why millennials and others in the organization are not doing as much as they can.
