This is a technique whose utility has not been recognized by most businesses. Meditation as well. They sound like trivial and silly parts of a working day, but their effects can be massive.

They sure can. I am a big believer in the power nap in particular for reinvigorating yourself. But time is definitely a factor. Sleeping too long is a more serious problem then some people think and, at least from a practical perspective, can leave you tired and listless the rest of the day instead of refreshed.
