As someone who has been going through some difficult and life-changing medical situations in the past few years, and more recently, I appreciate your article. Good points. It also brings perspective. I have recently re-organized my priorities. Family, dogs, walks, sunshine, birds singing, etc. have come first and work has become less important (partial disability insurance certainly helps). Blogging has dropped off the radar. I am trying to remain positive and your article has given me a boost.
