The grind. We've all been taught since birth that the grind is what gets us ahead in life. But, if we're not happy, we all need to take a step back now and again and reassess if all that "grinding" we're doing is actually fulfilling us in any appreciable way.

My "day" starts at 9. Before that, the ritual involves breakfast, coffee and playing mobile games (it's a hobby of mine). No news reading, messaging or emailing. My business day starts with Google News, tech meme and social media :)
I don't really like writing, so it's not a good idea for me :D

Morning rituals. It's super-important to get started on the right foot - with the right, focused mind.
When ending the "day" (my "day" ends about 2 AM in the morning), I do a short review on my day, what I've achieved and what I've failed to achieved - and plan for tomorrow. I never sleep without any solutions to any problems for today.
