I agree. I marched in called my SOB of a boss an SOB and marched out to become a freelancer. Wow, it was a shock! It needs to be done in stages, something I always recommend to others!

LOL - agreed. I remember some of my colleagues were so revved-up, they quit their jobs BEFORE starting anything, not even on paper. They are successful entrepreneurs today, but what a roller coaster ride!

IMO, this is not recommended if you have a family with kids to support :)
