Facebook Like Button Now Functions as a Share Button

Facebook Like or Recommend Button has now changed its functionality, taking over the role of Share Button. Earlier this year, we’ve seen several updates on Facebook such as Redesign of Facebook Profile and Business Fan Page and Brand New Photos Interface.

It also just occurred to me that this means there's now even more of a reason for a blogger to have a "like" or "recommend" button visible - it means the article will be shared by everyone who "likes" it.

I noticed that a few days ago - it may cut down on some of my more marginal "likes" since there's follow-up involved now.
