Sounds like a powerful social media/marketing tool, and I guess, since it's not automatic, it's still permission based, however in a way it seems like overkill. I know hard-core marketers will disagree with me, but if used, I would make sure it's approached in a very, very soft way. Hmmm.. have to think more about this one.
