There is no denying that social media is a very important component of our businesses. But is Facebook bad for business? Here’s what happened that has me thinking about that: This past weekend I was working on our business Facebook Page when everything disappeared. What followed was a huge lesson in handling the content that I create and curate for our fans and customers. Ultimately, it lead me to write an open letter to Mark Zuckerberg on behalf of entrepreneurs everywhere.
