Lisa: What is the main difference between a reel and a story? I will mix it up in the near future... ;)

Reels are always vertical videos and now go on your feed as well. Stories can be static or video and you can add links to stories. https://inspiretothrive.com/how-to-get-your-instagram-reels-moving/

Lisa: I will do that. I am developing my own content creator schedule. ;) My main goal is to put more energy on platforms that I can have control over.

How many posts, stories, do you have to do? How many days per week? ;)

Best Premises,

Martin

I do stories almost daily but posts 2ish per week. I do some reels as well. Mix it up.

Lisa: My day for Instagram is Mondays, open thread posts. I often do it late my time / late afternoon - evening your time.

All the Best,

Martin

You may need to add another day or use stories to fill in. Once per week won't go far in that platform.
