If I could turn back the clock, I would do so many things different as to what I did when I was 21. In saying that, I appreciate that it is done, and that some of my most valid learning’s have come from the mistakes and failures I’ve had along the way.
That’s probably the most important thing to learn as a young entrepreneur. Failing isn’t an outcome; it’s not an end goal, or a final result. Failing is a part of the process to reach your desired outcome. It’s going to happen, and it’s OK. This is one of the most difficult things for young aspiring entrepreneurs to digest, and unfortunately if you quit after a failure or big mistake, then you can potentially set yourself up for a life of being ordinary and mediocre.
