Rework is incredible and completely changed the way we do business. We are a remote company with workers located all over the country. Having worked in an office previously, we all see the huge improvement in productivity, work output, and overall satisfaction. Rework has some "wild" ideas for the business world but try incorporating some of these tips into your business model. Ie. NO MEETINGS!
