A creative company culture does not happen on it’s own, it requires participation and contributions from everyone. All it takes is one unhappy person to bring the rest of the team down. Thanks, John. A really different way to approach company culture. But, truth be told, sometimes perhaps putting your people instead of your client first, for example, is the right approach IF it results in a happy staff who in turn create better quality for clients. Interesting perspective!
