I'm a one-person operation, but if I ever expand and hire, I will be looking not for helpers, but for enablers, "Yes-men" and rubber-stampers.

Tell me I look nice or my compexion looks radiant and you stay.

Tell me there is a better way, I could be doing things more efficiently or I got a bad haircut and I'd probably show them the door.

It's just me
