While working as a wedding planner in New York City and as the Director of Special Events at the Street Y, founder, Bonnie Marcus coordinated numerous events for celebrities and notables on a daily basis. Working with her fashion-forward and stylish clients, Bonnie seemed to constantly run into the issue of the proper invitations to send out to their guests. At the time, most of the invites available were very traditional, not suited for these events. Bonnie began custom designing invitations for her clients’ events, matching the theme of the event, as well as the client’s personality.
