A very nice post. Business owners should not always be saying yes to their clients, there are some times you will need to say no but, say it in a respectful manner. Thanks for sharing this with the bizsugar community.

Thanks Val! I agree- you can say no in a tactful way.... but just say no and don't waste your time and energy on the wrong people for your business. Everyone loses in that situation.
