I understand completely the ease of taking notes on paper. I think we've still got a ways to go before we totally ditch paper, but for a lot of business processes, it's easier and more accurate without paper. Evernote is a great way to remember stuff as well without the paper (especially when I don't have a pen on me!)

I am all for reducing the amount of paper, but I need to keep some papers handy. For one thing, it is more visual for me and I can write comments and "note to self" notes on it! ;) I will store more paper stuff, e.g., business cards and newspaper articles in Evernote, so I can throw away the paper later on.
