It's been my experience that you cannot avoid negativity by some customers and netizens, no matter how great your customer service actually is. Because hey, there are crazies out there who, emboldened by the anonymity and distance of the internet, will just say anything very publicly. The best way is to deal with them with aplomb--be above board in everything, and respond right away, personally. I think your advice is sound. Thanks for the great submission.
