Read this post and loved it. Amazingly, outsourcing still seems like a dirty word to some even though in many cases we're talking about small business outsourcing because they don't have the money to hire someone or the time to do something themselves. So it's the difference between success and failure for some even if it's associated with downsizing and maximizing profit at large corporations.
