Tim,

Nice interview on the no-management structure. There are some who would go farther than Bryan on this point and suggest this is actually a sustainable style even when your company begins to grow. Also appreciated the segment on building a business with client/customer revenue alone, something more entrepreneurs should be thinking about in these troubled times.
