Ah, the joys of healthy competition in the market. Last week 20nm NAND Flash was cutting edge and now it's so, well, uhm, last week. Both SanDisk and Toshiba have separately announced that they'll be offering retail 19nm NAND Flash memory later this year. Reading the press releases it appears to be the same tech, but we can't be certain of it, but both companies announced two bits per cell NAND Flash with three bits per cell coming at a later stage.
