"I see your point, but then at the same time I don't think it's necessary to "act" like the "big guy." Sometimes businesses and customers enjoy the "real little guy" as you put it. There's not so much red tape, and many smaller businesses can offer more personalized attention than many of the bigger players. It's good that you don't have many expenses.
