The Dependability of Disabled Workers: Hiring Disabled Workers is GOOD Business!
"What a great article! This is among those things that most of us don't stop to think about, yet it really makes sense. It actually made me think about a piece on ABC News, wherein a mentally disabled grocery bagger (actually an actor) was harassed for being a retard (by an actress). The store's real customers were being tested on whether or not they'd react to such harassment. Truly an eye-opener: http://abcnews.go.com/WhatWouldYouDo/syndrome-grocery-clerk-scenario/story?id=10648284"*Create* customers by educating everyday people
"Thank you so much, Shawn! (Still getting used to BizSugar, so I honestly didn't realize you had posted a comment) Very good question, indeed! I don't even think I have my own answer yet, but it's something any business owner should be thinking about. Thanks for the thoughtful comment =)"Go green: All the cool companies are doing it [Part 1]
"Thanks, Globaltranz! I really appreciate the comment =) I'm glad to see that the green trend is taking off so well, as it was greatly needed. And one further indication of the trend's success is that a good number of people have given sugar to this post, even though I hadn't been on BizSugar before ;)"« previous1 next »

How to Make Your Company Cool! Can You Dig it?
"I absolutely agree with CIKMarketing's comment, and I think the idea of staying young at heart goes deeper than how you're portrayed. Surrounding yourself with younger people ensures that you're on top of what's new in your field, and it's never been more important to stay ahead of the curve. With so many innovative minds making their way in the business world, we need to be ready for the "next big thing" just to stay afloat! Young people don't even have to put in as much effort to be great sources of this kind of information ;)"
