Why Is the Customer Always Right?
"Although we try to live by "the customer is always right", we have come across passive-aggressive clients who most certainly are NOT right. Our best solution is to back out quickly. But to do "another version" and start it "from scratch", this time with a third set of completely new specs without paying is just not in the cards. OK, just my story. Not the same as the PayPal issue. I actually found that PayPal was very good handling the one request that came to them. We provided documentation and all was good.
