"Thanks Duncan,I remember a salesperson I worked with before and one way that he motivated himself was to stick a picture of a car he really wanted in his sun-visior. He said that every time things weren't going his way, he would look at the pic & feel motivated. When I worked with team, I remember the things that motivated people were entirely unique, I think one challenge for managers is to realise thing & discover what motivates individual team members.
