"I appreciate the feedback and that you took the time to leave a comment. Thank you. I agree, it's really kind of a cool way to engage your prospects and customers. So many different types of businesses are beginning to use "tablet marketing". I think it's going to become a HUGE new trend/marketing channel for innovative companies. "Totally agree BBB. I'm in the process of getting out another article on their recent competition w/ foursquare as well. The power is in the community and Facebook dominates that market... Facebook has come a long way from primarily a consumer product to a valuable business marketing platform. Thanks for the feedback! Have a great weekend. An Easy Way To Get More Facebook Likes
"Val - Thanks for leaving a comment. I totally agree in that building your online community should not be automated. I'm not sure if you read the article as what it says has nothing to do with automating the process. Yes, software is being used, but it's still a very manual process whereby consumers decide if they want to like your Facebook page or not. Tablets are simply acting as the channel for liking the page, just like the internet is acting as a channel when people like a page from their computer. It's the exact same process, only now it can be done efficiently in a store, when consumers are at what I like to call "peak interest" in your company. Check out the article again. I think you'll come away with a different opinion as this is not an automated process at all."
