"First a small apologize for my late response, but I was out of town with limited Internet access. Second, I totally agree Heather! Many people confuse management and leadership and declare the one when, actually, do the other! And, of course, everybody (at least too many people!) tries for easy and quick answers, shortcuts, quick recipes, etc. But that is not leadership. Leadership relates mostly with self discipline and self exploration, with the realization f the limits, of location (where you are now and where you are going to be), of the time (is the time suitable for something like that or not) and most of all with hard, hard work (you know the "99% perspiration and 1% inspiration" clause!). It should be mandatory in the conscious of the leaders, that are no shortcuts (even though at first glance, something might look like that). Thank you Heather for your kind comments."Subscribe
