How To Lead With Impact?
"I'm not quite sure Adrianoarwin that it is a matter of faith. I believe leaders, layout the visions, designs, and conditions for the others to exploit for bettering their lives, after hard word (themselves and of their teams), consensus building and testing ideas and visions against reality. It is a very hard work, if you commit to that, but you impacting people and cultures with small, considered, movements directing towards a goal, rather that trying to make huge waves and expecting someone to comply with your reality. Just a thought, of course!"How To Lead With Impact?
"First duty: Enable anyone who want to rise above his/hers previous expectation, 2) Help anyone who want it, 3) Forget present situation! (up to the moment you can transform it to something positive for many, many people)[i.e. build the vision and strategy] 4)Navigate, everyone in the direction he/she want to be (even if you have problem with the destination! you can always make modifications in the course!!!), 5) Create the conditions, for others, to thrive, move and proceed, 6) acknowledge that out best ideas and reality, maybe, is not part of the life agenda of others! 7) therefore, >>> modified it (your vision about present and future situation) in order for you to be able to deliver something of value (for him/her/culture/society/...). Aftermath>>> I'm an optimist! Because I design the future I would like to inhabit in! (Cogito ergo sum, perhaps! and for now!!!)! Many thanks for the feedback!"The Leadership Selection Funnel!
"Yes, dear Cecilwampler, you are correct. I believe that people should not take for face value anything and they should filter any input receive according their personal values and principles. This is much more true for leaders, because the influence other people and they must be aware of what they uphold and communicate. Thank you, Cecilwampler for your nice words and comments."Subscribe
