The Start-Up of You

"Dear Heather Good Morning/Evening First of all, thank you for your kind comments. I really appreciate them. Second, about your inquiry. I believe that the most valuable lessons you can derive from this book is a) to invest in yourself, b) to cultivate a network of trustworthy and value added (for you)network and that you have to leave the old career schema, proceeding to manage your career as an entrepreneur (my position is that you should manage all your business activities as an entrepreneur, but this is an other discussion). These 3 "propositions", I believe that can fuel you with that much momentum, that simple their awareness, may propel you towards new directions. Finally, I sum up, as in my post, by saying that we all should[!!!]: - Take responsibility for our career and for its advancement and assume all the necessary steps for achieving our career goals and objectives (something that signify the resolve or at least the desire for new personal startups!) - Contemplate and design a plan that would facilitate us in the adaptation towards new market all other conditions(something that is inevitable in today’s market realities) - Invest in our self (either via training, knowledge & skills development, personal development, wrong habits amendment, etc) - Increase our visibility in our existing human networks along with sustaining, nourishing and expanding our networks & our relationships with new contacts and people of value, - Take clever and intelligent risks monitoring, observing, creating and exploit suitable opportunities and using the resources provided by our human networks and contacts. Thank you again Heather for your comments."
