Wow, Zane. Really like the list of ways to destroy a tribe in your link as well. Here are some others:

--Sacrifice the needs of the tribe for your own

--Stop leading

--Cater to the lowest common denominator

Not as obvious maybe as the ones in your post, but, I think, equally valid. Tribes do want to be lead but not to be dictated to and they must believe that their leader knows where he/she is going and that the destination will be a better place that will benefit them.

I like the second tip of asking your customers to help you improve yourself... they usually also share what they want, and come up with extra ways of doing business together. It can become a 2 way exchange
