Locally, the grocery & drug stores have very recently hiked their prices significantly - and this is stuff we literally can't live without. Bad time for luxury businesses to gouge their loyal customers.

p.s. I dumped cable in Sept.'96 for similar reasons - unending price hikes & very poor quality in their case. Customer loyalty only lasts till you give us a reason why we shouldn't - and Nutflix has just given us plenty!
And, as to Nutflix' 2nd site & bill - I'm now back to paying my internet bill through the mail - Time-Warner-RoadRunner not only hiked their rate, they wanted me to use a 3rd party billing service.
