Great post David, and if you look at how quickly the audio count is going up on the recording every few seconds, you can easiyl see how big this is going to get. It will be a PR nightmare. The damage control better be good.

Brilliant post! Absolutely unbelievable. This is definitely going to "go viral" and the damage done will be irreversable! They say any P.R. is good P.R.? Not in this case! Thanks for a great and insightful look at how not to treat customers...and I'm sure we'll be hearing more about this.

"Almost" any PR is good PR. You can do almost anything and be forgiven, but a purposeful rude attitude usually is not.
